Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer either:

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will:

Please allow carriers sufficient time for delivery before submitting a lost package claim.

Processing Refunds
